I think that as a society, children do not eat vegetables any more. Although there are supplements to take, what is the quality of those supplements. If I chose vitamins, I chose high quality and therefore, very expensive vitamins. Otherwise, what are they derived from????? As for my family, we have embarked on a nutrition voyage of varietyin our diet. And for myself and my 15 and 11 year old, it has not been easy. We too only like beans, broccoli and cauliflower and corn. It is not about what we know is good for us, it is taste. We have been coerced into a life of quick and nonnutritious foods, and it will be a long hard life to come back to natural goodness. With the way big business is changing our food supply, we may be too late.

  2. Yeah i knew it got re-designed im not sure when though. I have had both the 4.2 and the 4.0 you speaking of. The 4.2 actually peaks even lower, but i guess its all good since the torque curve is basically almost flat.

  3. ya in 95 jeep slammed in the redesigned amc l6 which improved in alot of thing such as more torque/horsepower and less engine vibration less noise and much more. the amc l6 is said to be the best offroad motor in the world also cause its high amount of torque at low rpms

  4. I have a 95 grand cherokee that I bought from my cousin, it's been through !@#! and back about 3 times, it's been a nice vehicle. Right now it has close to 159,000 miles, and it can still powerslide through an intersection on dry pavement at about 25% throttle.

  7. does sea foam really work? i have ran it in my tank before but never straight into the throttle body. I have an 04 wj thats got about every bolt on you can amagine and its "chipped" with a hypertech maxx energy. Im sure its full of carbon b/c i run 90-93 octane fuel and when i really get on it, it billows black smoke like a diesel!

  10. I did this on my high mileage 4 runner and it made no differnence at all in performance, just polluted the air. And I do pay attention to things like my idle and throttle snapability. Other people say it totally renews there engine, but I just change my oil every 3000km and my fuel filter every 10,000 this ensures longetivity. I dont really believe in pouring "Tune up in a can" in my car.

  11. The engine was idling a bit roughly prior to seafoam. I did notice smoother idling/pickup after I completed this process.
